The link to get the full manual leads to a placeholder. I can't seem to find the manual anywhere on your website?

Yes, we're updating the website as we speak. It will be up and running again very soon - sorry about that!

I did this but made the mistake of pulling the handbrake up first before pumping the foot pedal. Now my handbrake isn't doing anything and cable is extremely slack. How do I rectify this?

Check that the handbrake cable is still attached along it's length. If there's too much slack, the cable can become disconnected from the levers at the calipers, or the equaliser plate at the adjuster. If the cable's OK, release the handbrake and pump out the pads with the foot pedal. If the pads pump out OK, try adjusting the handbrake cable. If that doesn't work, release the handbrake, take out the pads again, wind back the caliper pistons, and start again.

I recently had a similar experience with a 'seized' caliper on one side at the rear. Turned out to be a sticky handbrake cable.
