What I love most about this the upper brass smashing on both sides 💯🔥 The city should a tuba clinic for all schools though… that’s our weakness. Great job to both programs, these kids can go up against high school bands for sure 💯💪🏾
I truly believe New Orleans band has gotten back to pre-Katrina sound. But lack Pre Katrina loudness. Because we just don’t have the numbers we did before the storm. But these kids have redeemed themselves and showed even covid would not destroy our band programs!

My kids really the best and yes ALL of them are my kids!!! (My oldest on trombone, youngest boy on trumpet) #Roots
