I love how you make it a priority to ensure the enclosures look natural and include vegetation from the reptile's native region. Can't wait to see it all completed!
Do you have any cb natterjack toads and sand lizards available, i already have some cb grass snakes, common lizards, slow worms and great crested newts, i just love helping the local population out and have similar set ups like yours
New to your channel and just have to say you guys are a breath of fresh air. You've opened my eyes to whole new aspect of reptile keeping, great job guys and keep up the good work.
It can be, however there is very little UV transmission through the polytunnel material and so is not ideal for housing animals. However it is a dry, warm place to temporarily bring animals in from out the elements - from time to time.
We keep a few reptiles outside ourselves (also in wales). Its surprising how well they can adapt given a few basic considerations.. it goes to show that large improvments in reptile husbandry can be made. We successfully keep a yellow belly slider outdoors year round aswell as a hermanns tortoise.. then during the spring through until autumn we have had great success keeping our bearded dragon out there too.
Depends on what factor determines overall size, Aesculapian’s would be the longest reptile, turtle the largest in weight (potentially) and the eyed lizard is our largest lizard.
Good progress guys.
Great watch as always lads 👏
Thanks!
also uk primative peredators / jurassic park ********hell yes
They are more common on the mainland of Europe.

Thank you so much!
Great video. Smooth snakes are one of the most beautiful British snake species in my opinion
Definitely! Thank you 😊
Yup
did you kill the lizard or did you buy it dead
Im curious if your polytunnel suitable for housing any of your animals?
It can be, however there is very little UV transmission through the polytunnel material and so is not ideal for housing animals. However it is a dry, warm place to temporarily bring animals in from out the elements - from time to time.

wow do you have any footage
This is the English Everglades problem ,they will escape ,and no ones cat will be safe.
lol as if a cat wouldnt kill most of these
Where did the frozen lizard come from? Was it one of yours that died,or can you buy them online?
You can buy them online but this one was a lizard we had a few years ago that unfortunately died of natural causes.
@@CelticRewilding interesting, are you planning on breeding and reintroducing smooth snakes to the wild once you obtain another one?
It would be fantastic to make that happen, but there’s a long way to go before any reintroductions.
Do you recommend any smooth snake/ sand lizard/ natterjack toad breeders as I am interested in keeping one(outdoors)
We may have some in the summer (not smooth snakes unfortunately).
Ok thx
@@CelticRewilding if I order an animal will I have to collect it or do u deliver?
Whats the largest reptile and amphibian kept here? Im guessing the largest reptile would be the european pond turtle.
Nah eyed lizard
