lucy dacus actually went to the same school my friend goes to (mlwgs) and it is a student based school where students plan & fundraise their own events!! so it’s totally possible her class could have super good at raising money and decided to treat themselves to 2 proms in one year or smth similar!
i went to my senior prom and my boyfriend's senior prom. if we went junior year that would have been 4. and then if you were a freshman/sophomore with an older bf or friend you could easily do 5 if you wanted

Isn't it also a bit weird that in this video she says that it feels wrong to intellectualize Hardy after julien goes a bit on about it, and in the other interview I don't remember what exactly the question was but after julien answers she tells her she shouldn't think about it that hard. Idk the vibe feels a little strange, I feel like there's a different dynamic between them, like Lucy and Phoebe are kinda closer. Idk something feels off about their interactions. But maybe I'm just reading too much into it. Love the band and all the girls tho.

whenever julien would talk the other two seemed to be listening well and comprehending what she was saying, i don’t think they were annoyed. julien is a little bit camera shy which could be a factor; phoebe also seems to be a little bit into lucy tbh 😭 whenever phoebs spoke she was speaking more towards at lucy at certain times which was a bit odd, i think it’s just the video dynamic.
