What I learned today: Do not put yourself into something that will give you so much stress and You may get validation from others but you still have the last say for yourself, coz at the end of the day, it's you who will face all the consequences...
When wil pauses everytime toni finished talking, he’s really amazed and mincing every truths in them. ❤️
Finally, I got these interview and Toni talks segments as best examples to show to my students for the lesson making interviews! commendable exchange of wisdom and opinion about life!
It's always nice to have a good conversation with wise people. They're both great listeners and all, they're like keeping a ball in the air during a game. I admire you both😄
5:40 I agree that we don't need people's validation to do what we need to do. The other side of the coin, though, is that it is also wise to hear from people that we trust. Don't trust yourself too much. You don't have all the answers to life's questions. Other people in your life who possess wisdom and experience can help you determine some of the blind spots in your life. So, yeah, at the end of the day, you decide. Be confident. But it is wise, too, to depend on others for wisdom you don't have.

I think she does naman kase mahilig sya magbasa at makinig sa ibang tao sabi nga nya she is also learning from them but she will be accountable sa lahat ng magiging decision nya.
The intention will determine the outcome.
If the intention is bad then you will suffer the consequences.If the intention is good then you will reap the benefits.

I love this interview. What toni said is all true. You amazed me
What Toni G said at the very end is what I need to hear right now. I always try to reach out for my friends validations for the decisions I do. Partly, so at the end I know that it’s not only my decision but also others’. No matter what the outcome would be, i’d blame myself lesser knowing that someone backed up my decision.
Other people(Friends) can be there with us all throughout our journey but should not be the one doing the decision for us.
(This is really what I need to hear rn)
