If you must buy feather or down filled products please check the company are RDS certified. The conditions and treatment of birds/animals in many places is appalling.
Hi Josie, I strongly suggest you water the grass in the evening or early morning when the sun is not above your head, so that water doesn't just evaporate and actually seeps to grass roots. Just a suggestion (at 11:37 minutes in this video).
I wish you did an empty house tour of this house, maybe you thought it was too chaotic but personally I didn't really enjoy room reveals because it just doesn't give any idea of the layout of the house. I wish you did like a walk through. I think you could still do that in the staircase area and tell us what room is where probably starting from the kitchen.

I don’t blame you for wanting to chill, not just because you’ve not stopped since you moved in, but also because it’s so difficult to do hard work when it is so hot. I’ve been staying indoors during the hottest part of the day, and doing garden bits in the cool of the evening. Being Scottish I am not used to it being this hot! 🥵 but the sunshine is lovely and raises the spirits of everyone xxx
jaconnair different climates exist. Also it was 21 and ‘not that hot yet’. It was going to be 25. 25 in sea climate feels a looot different. We have the same climate and when it gets 30 degrees you get a horrible headache and the air feels so heavy. When it’s 30 in France or Greece i have no issues.

They're bailing haylage. It's a wrapped version of hay. It doesn't need turning after cutting and once baled can be stored outside. Mainly for horses as cattle eat silage. So if you have a thriving equestrian community you can sound knowledgeable. 🐎🦄

Dickie getting ready to doggie paddle was so sweet 🥰 Dexter on Charlie's chair also very amusing. Would never purchase anything containing down after reading how it is obtained. For same reason no longer buy feather filled cushions. The best contribution anyone can make to ending animal cruelty and also towards sustainability is by following a vegan lifestyle. Second to that is limiting air travel and car usage.
I actually laugh out loud with Dexie and Dickie. They are so adorable! My son runs over to me when he sees me laughing because he likes your doggies too 😍 Dexie dries himself very properly after the bath, rolling in the towel as he should, while Dickie rolls in the grass collecting all manner of debris 🤣 Precious!

A lot of people have two different duvets a winter one and a summer one , just be careful if you have any asthma/ breathing problems as any feathers in duvets and pillows are a definate no no, my mother in law as just been diagnosed with what’s called a bird fanciers lung which can be caused by the feathers, I have thrown all mine away as I have asthma, just a little note to make you aware without scaring you .....great race night idea

Josie darling 🌹Does your garden center sell ladybugs 🐞? They will eat aphids on roses & other pests that your beautiful flowers might attract... Encourage growth in a healthy nontoxic way❣️🤗
Yes! Ladybugs will take care of those pesky aphids - and if you notice mites (the little oblong black bugs that make your roses brown quickly) you can use clove and cottonseed oil! (Look up Mite-X, natural spray that works!)

I was looking for a comment on this! These machines are really bad for your skin. All that tugging and pulling. Yes they can cause permanent damage and there are products that clear your pores so much better and are gentle! I must admit I’m really disappointed to see this product being promoted and the encouragement of people to buy it. She’s bruised all her face trying to flog it! Eeek!Irresponsible and not a researched promotion unfortunately just seems it was agreed to on a whim for fast cash 😞.

Yes I have a 4.5 for summer and a 10 tog for Winter. But having a latex memory foam mattress you will be slightly warmer as you don’t have as much pressure points on mattress as you sink into it. Bear that in mind if your getting a memory foam or latex, you will be slightly warmer than a standard pocket sprung. Sorry boring comment

I think this everytime I watch one of these vlogs but it’s going to be so wonderful in many years you can look back and see all the hard work you both put into your home! It’s going to be so lovely, I hope many many years down the road you are still YouTubing because I just can’t wait to see this house as years go by!

I MUCH prefer the Josie-Charlie house to the one bought by J.D!! I think the Coach House should be just that. The house where Josie and Charlie share their knowledge with on-site training and coaching 👨🍳👩🌾👨🎓🧘♂️ about vlogging, photography, Instagramming, cooking, biodynamic vegetable and herb growing, Influencing etc. Trainees travel up and attend courses at the Coach House! OK - maybe wishful thinking....

You need to build a moat around your home and guard it with the Queens Guardsmen. Totally royal like I’ve seen in the movies.
A lot of people have two different duvets a winter one and a summer one , just be careful if you have any asthma/ breathing problems as any feathers in duvets and pillows are a definate no no, my mother in law as just been diagnosed with what’s called a bird fanciers lung which can be caused by the feathers, I have thrown all mine away as I have asthma, just a little note to make you aware without scaring you .....great race night idea

Josie darling 🌹Does your garden center sell ladybugs 🐞? They will eat aphids on roses & other pests that your beautiful flowers might attract... Encourage growth in a healthy nontoxic way❣️🤗
Marigolds also keep aphids away. We plant them in front of our tomatoes!
Yes! Ladybugs will take care of those pesky aphids - and if you notice mites (the little oblong black bugs that make your roses brown quickly) you can use clove and cottonseed oil! (Look up Mite-X, natural spray that works!)

I was looking for a comment on this! These machines are really bad for your skin. All that tugging and pulling. Yes they can cause permanent damage and there are products that clear your pores so much better and are gentle!
I must admit I’m really disappointed to see this product being promoted and the encouragement of people to buy it. She’s bruised all her face trying to flog it! Eeek!Irresponsible and not a researched promotion unfortunately just seems it was agreed to on a whim for fast cash 😞.

Yes I have a 4.5 for summer and a 10 tog for
Winter. But having a latex memory foam mattress you will be slightly warmer as you don’t have as much pressure points on mattress as you sink into it. Bear that in mind if your getting a memory foam or latex, you will be slightly warmer than a standard pocket sprung. Sorry boring comment

Hi I saw on one of your previous videos that your dog was in desperate need of a groom. My dog has the same fur as your dog and I bought this brush called a furmanator. I definitely recommend it for your dog. I bought mine on amazon. Hope it helps you xx
