Most importantly for me is the support promised by the manufacturer restores my confidence in the Peugeot brand.....and its a well speced car.almost forgot nice review alan touched on all the important aspects.
Nice! I've had my 107 now for 9 years - extremely reliable. Looks like the 108 is much the same. Just a pity we no longer get 2 models here in SA. Hopefully mag wheels and a rev counter can be added as extras?
I've bought a 108, three years old with 20k on, had it a year. Good little car except that the clutch got hot in town, the rear brake light leaked water into the boot and yesterday the battery went flat. Not what you want when you lay out 6 grand. Cheap and nasty is this car all over in my opinion, better consider a Dacia.

Thanks for the compliments Miles. Peugeot have realized the need to live up to the commitment. Plus they've launched good and well specced products

I've got this car I love it I do find it's a little underpowered it would be better with the 1.2 engine
Maybe a "sports" version with the 1.2 engine

I've sold mine now best thing I ever done I have a citroen c4 much better car
1.2 obviously quicker/more torquey, but the 1.0 is a Toyota engine and should be more reliable
