- The Isle | Diabloceratops Trail Cam Analysis:
For almost 6 straight minutes, we can observe the numerous changes and additions this rework is bringing in the foreseeable future, and today I will analyse it thoroughly and check what we can expect once this dino gets added into Evrima.

Hearing those old Dibble sounds felt really nostalgic. I used to play mainly as Trike, helping grow little juvies on the Trike Hill, and it was nothing unnusual finding family of Dibbles nesting close to us. Their sounds always reminded me of guinea pigs, so adorable hearing them chirp over each other! (and agree - baby Trike and Dibble sounds? Cute af!)
The pounce to pin and the fact the raptor was eating the dibble alive was shocking. Definitely an improvement. Gonna take some time getting used to the new calls but overall it’s not bad. Look forward to how players play once it’s released
I think the new dibble sounds are good. And also yes dibble is being downsized. Diabloceratops is actually considerably small compared to other Ceratopsids. Although small for a ceratopsian is still bigger than a bison lol

Btw at the end, idk if you saw but there was a short scene where we can see the dead dibble body (which is rotten at this point) laying out in the field... then we start to hear some Heavy footsteps coming from behind the camera, which just comes closer and closer... which eventually tips over the camera as it walks over it...
While we don't see the dinosaur model itself, we Do see the Shadow of the dino... and from the shadow, there are 2 big things to take into account, first we see 2 relatively big "horns" just like the ones that Allo got but can also very well be Alberto or Rex too. Then its the last where we can Sorta see that the dinosaur has long arms, though can be a bit hard to see...
Well anyway, First, a LOT of people including me thought it was an adult Rex (could as well be a sub, or young adult rex)... But then again after looking a bit more at it, it could also either be an Albertosaurus or Allosaurus "showcase/announcement", due to the horns on top and the arms... plus ofc the size of the shadow... So my honest guess it was either a Rex (most likely either sub or young adult), or the first "look" at Allosaurus.
Dawg, I noticed that and it's definitely an Allo, I focused on the head and I saw the face shape and horns match that of the Allo.

Perhaps they changed the sound effects for dibble because it was going to be downsized? Since it wouldn't be QUITE as threatening as it was in legacy. That's my only guess tho for them changing it.

ngl i think the new vocals sound fine. dont think yall should get to caught up on changing vocals when theyve mentioned plenty legacy wasnt what they wanted so obv anything and everything is bound to change. plus if yall dont like this stuff, ur gonna have a fit with rex, his vocals changed too for evrima, n they sound great

The new vocals are reminiscent but lack the sort of power behind it that the original had. Comes across as a smaller dinosaur when in fact Diablos are still quite big animals.
The juvi 1 call sounds the same, wonder why they changed the adult's. Not a big fan of it but I guess we'll get used to it. Dibble was my Legacy main too (partly because of you) so I'm beyond excited to get it in Evrima.
I'm surprised he didn't bring up the rex teaser at the end. Showing it's shadow, and it's monstrous foot steps
I don't mind the new sounds, but I agree the old ones were better.
I'm hyped for this. Hopefully the devs can make the game at least slightly playable before the release.

Nah they'll probably just add another BS mechanic to try and force players to play their bad game "the right way" rather than fixing the core issue of the game being boring 90% of the time.
Looks pretty ok so far, im only worried that the new camera system will in the end take away the whole feeling of playing a dibble.
I think Dibble being less tanky is not that big of a deal, mostly because the two mid tiers we got also got downsized, like Carno being around 300kg or so smaller and Cera losing an entire 1050kg of weight. Also if it's capabile of blocking attacks it makes sense that it's not as tanky.

I personally love new calls as much as the old ones, the new ones a little better Id even say. They sound very unique to me.

The shadow is allo because of the crest size and it would be good to introduce its grapple. The arms are unusually long and if it was rex the shadow would be bigger and Alberto the crest would have forward points. Some say that the footsteps sound too heavy but carno and cerato footsteps are loud and so are teno’s

great video as always but ill have to disagree on the vocal part.To me it seemes that the vocals mostly got enhanced than changed and even if ur right about beeing changed i loved what i heard
I don't mind the new Dibble sounds, but I also have no attachment to the old noises. Didn't like the old pachy calls though, I like the changes

I personally can't wait for Dibble! Not only because it's one of my favorite dinos to be added into the game, but because it's a new update as a whole. I am starved for content XD

were those dibbles backing up and side stepping?? Could they do that in legacy? its been awhile but I seem to remember dying many many times off a cliff that I knew was right in front of me but couldnt avoid because I couldnt back up lol (being unable to turn on the spot due to trees/rocks etc) if they can back up and side step thats a big improvement in my books
The devs won’t be touching legacy again
It's called the sparring mechanic. Used for combat.
For now it'll be the first dino to be able to strafe from side to side and back up, if you are in that stance
@@Diobot oh well thats disappointing if they only allow it during sparring... could have really made the ceratopsian (and other quadraped dinos) actually unique and interesting to play if you allowed them to face carnivores and maneuver still 😣
@@bazamere I mean I haven't tested it obviously, but I think you can enter that stance whenever you please so, you might be able to do that in any situation, but Idk
Yea you can see it clearly during the raptor attack, dibble can just move in any direction
The raptor will be extremely overpowered, especially since it will be able to pin a stegosaurus with only two is going to be interesting. Hopefully it will be where the stegosaurus will have to lose all the stam first. And then they’ll be able to pin

I love everything they do, and 1 thing i hate the most i time for them to realese updates. It takes too long... its not like they do dinos from 0, if they focused on new dinos more players will join The isle. Also...roster is full of small dinos...
I actually think the sound in the new model is an improvement.

I feel like sparring should do some self damage or damage to the loser.
Irl sparring contests can get violent.
Or pherhaps the worse ur diet is the more damage u take in sparring contest along w less stamina.
Also i like the new pachy calls. But the first call shouldve stayed the same.

And this will all be useless unless they get rid of sanctuaries. I was hatched in as pachy. 50% in and i still could only eat mushrooms! Hatched!!
You just go to a migration area, you are not obliged to go to a sanctuary
@@NaoseiKkkk-lg2ez You won't be able to smell the foods until you grow over that phase, that won't help you at all. You can only find them visually and as if i could remember what foods are mine on each herbi. The whole system and the migratio zones too are garbage

The new Audio of Dibble is fitting more into Evrima, the old one was Perfect for Legacy.
i like to see a stable streamof content appearing from the isle, after 7 years of hating on it for this game not being finished till im 40
Its cool and all but when are players finally gonna stop spawning northeast lake and populate the damn river delta along with the swamps. The best part of the map is just empty all the time and its frustrating

The camera changes will never come to the game, that was just a prototype that was fortunately canceled

@@NaoseiKkkk-lg2ez Yes, they did cancel it but they LIED about it and said it was never meant to be offical anyways and it was just a test and people were jsut overreacting when they themselves made the claims they would put it into the game no matter what people said. They are literal gaslighters and liars.
I expected more. A broader look at the actual action or even a silly commentary on the "life of the herd" presented. I can understand that you have a lot of fondness for the legacy diablo, but you have devoted almost half the material to expressing your dissatisfaction related to its new noises. Maybe it did not need changes, but nevertheless the new version - refreshed dinosaurs.
Pachy's sounds in legacy in my opinion were terrible, I wanted to play a dinosaur and I had a mix of goat, horse and some screams.
Man why do they always gotta butcher the new calls on Dino’s? The old calls feel so fluid and unique while evrima makes them feel more toned down.
Evrima sound design as a whole is worse then legacy. From ambient, to playables, is a straight up downgrade.
Cerato even lost his 3 call.
The new vocals are awful! They sound robotic and artificial, like they got some gen 1 ai voice box
I thought Diablo was cool as hell when it came out and a pretty good sized dinosaur for the game which kinda removed the need for the typical Triceratops, as seen in gameplay it’s big enough to have a good chance against Rexes. Then trike was added and that become the sort of go to ceratopsian as it always ends up being.
Honestly if they wanted to dial back the roster creep I would prefer they remove Trike before Diabloceratops.
I think diablo might be way smaller than trike. I'm not entirely sure though.
Diablo is much smaller than trike and can joust other animals unlike trike.
A pachy sounding like a horse dosent fit it very well
