- 70 miles loop around Pontypool (near Newport) in South Wales, it's TET in parts. Cracking day for a February in UK - we managed to get a dry one 😅. Heavy action on rocky trails - enjoy!

Was Epic that Krycek 🙌🏻 the lanes in that area look awesome! Certainly try and get down there in the summer and try these out for sure! Top effort by all there mate, really enjoyed that one 🤙🏻
Bit of a trip for you - same for me to go up north, but definitely worth mixing things up 💪👍
First lane the Roman rd second lane angels staircase nothing easy in that area 😂 well done lads on heavyweight bikes ❤
Tintern steps are not far away, there is also bit to the west that TET goes down (rocky steps) - not sure what's its called. London road if you dare on a big bike and few more, not too mention lanes that are too hard for the heavier bikes. That Roman road uphill is also quite a bit more difficult than down 🤣
I can't complain, south wales is closes to me 🤷♂️

That's good going on the 790, we do it in the opposite direction and end up in tintern Abbey then head to Newport then head towards Caerphilly via Ystrad mynach then to pontypridd then back to the valleys over the mountain trails, they all localish trails for us , there's so many more trails around South wales and better one's that are not legal trails lol but most farmers are OK as long as you not scaring the live stock and close all the gates, the council and the police are the cnuts trying to close the trails !
There is quite a few nice trails around, some hard ones too. It all depends how much time you have, as it’s still short days we stuck to this relatively short loop. Tintern that’s a bit of a ride just to get to, but plenty of quality lanes in that are 👌

Hi Kev, I run both narrower rims, Rob has narrow aftermarket front. Once the front is narrow the choice is pretty good - and it makes a massive difference over stock, especially in mud. At the moment I have some aggressive motoz on the front but likes of Mitas E-13 I had before were good too. With a stock rim E-09 was ok’ish.
At the back on stock rim pretty much Mitas E-09 is your only option (same as the front), on narrower rim I’ve tested quite a few tyres so far and as long as it’s low on pressure (rim lock is required) they are all similar (tracker, 360, enduro medium etc.) just not expect to get much life out of them, around 1k to 2k miles is max.

@@kmxc2252 You choice of tyres will depend how much offroad you are going to do with that 890, if you planning to use 350 for hardcore stuff then you choice of tyres will get bigger. Hope you like your new toy 😄

Cześć, kiedyś była ekipa od nas z Londynu która regularnie bywała na południ Walii (jest tam fajna miejscówka do upalania), ale ostatnio trochę mniej jeżdżą chłopaki. Gdzie będziesz stacjonował i którego chcesz wyskoczyć do Walii?
@@krycekADV Będę miedzy 26 a 28 marca. Niestety środek tygodnia. A zatrzymuje się w Southampton. Do południowej walli mam 2-3 godziny.
Środek tygodnia to trochę lipa - od nas raczej nie ma szans na nikogo. 😞

TET na 2T to porażka - mam jedną traske legalną, ale wymagającą na południu.
