Wayne Law Legal Briefs, featuring Prof. Eric Zacks (May 3, 2023)

The Wayne Law Legal Briefs program features current legal content and Wayne Law information for alumni, students, and friends. This one-hour, virtual event is moderated by the development and alumni affairs team within Wayne Law. Alumni, students, faculty, staff, and friends of Wayne Law are invited to attend, ask questions, and connect in dialogue. The May 3, 2023 event features Eric Zacks, Associate Professor of Law. His scholarship and area of expertise are modern contracting practices and the relevance of behavioral and cognitive sciences to the legal and social construction of contract formation, breach, and enforcement. During this program, Prof. Zacks discussed his contract law research and scholarship as well as the evolution of transactional law course offerings at Wayne Law.
