We've spent days watching youtube vidoes on Alaska and your Alaska video series is our favorite. We also plan to do the dog sledding tour next year. Love the 3 tours you guys picked for your trip. 3 thumbs up! Any tips?
Yes! Here are the things we learned: - One video we didn't yet post (still editiing) is the Denali flightseeing tour from Talkeetna. Do this and make sure to do the glacier landing! SO COOL and the drive up to Talkketna from Anchorage is very pretty. - Rent a car for your whole stay. We rented using the Turo app and it was an awesome experience and much cheaper than the rental companies. - The town of Girdwood (where you fly out of to dogsled) and the drive to it form Anchorage are both awesome. Budget extra time here. - Bring clothes for any weather on every outing
