Your voice is fine, it's just a tad unfortunate that most AI voice models seek to emulate the same tonalities that you exhibit. I think 4 years ago nobody would even be complaining if it weren't for all the AI videos that copy your same voice style. All that said, I love the video!
Agreed on your voice... I would say, frankly, most of the people under the age of 60 in my country (USA) are so sick and tired of hearing the same exact darn voice on every newsman/woman, documentarian, commercial voice actors etc. All that is just phony seeming, so avoid that AI and go with your excellent voice. 🙂
@@HistoryUncovered the pictures and video m,aterial are wonderful. Alone looking at that is great. Furthermore you covered more than 1000 years in only 39 minutes and it didn't felt trivialbut but very informative. About your voice I can only say that's what I expect and want to hear as a narrator's voice
Ok I've been reading through the comments and I'm legit confused about the issue B.C. or A.D.? I'm a 50yo amateur history nerd and I've been using those terms my whole life in referencing historical timeliness. Not sure what the problem is? What other terms are preferred?
It is still the same calendar people only different letters. The math is still the same. The difference in the letters simply more secular. That is the goal of it.
Yeah because they don't actually fix the problem with BC and AD rather they introduce the problem of having to clarify WHEN common era begins which eventually just circles back into looking up BC/AD meanings. Also BCE = Before Christ's Era CE = Christ's Era 🐟
@@HistoryUncoveredand just because you found politically language in your sources you thought it was a good idea to include it? When running a history channel? Interesting.
You should say Before the nativity of our Lord, and In the Year of our Lord the Most High Jesus Christ. We don't need to not use secular language, we should push back on it.
BCE/CE is a silly point to get hung up on, especially as everyone knows what it represents. Secular language doesn’t bother most people, as not everyone is a believer, or believes the same things
@HistoryUncovered Oof, sorry. I kindof wondered whether it was real or not at first but then decided it sounded too...not really robotic in the traditional sense, but whatever it is about even the really good AI voices that still sounds synthetic. Sorry, this is the first video of yours suggested to me so I'm not familiar with past work and didnt get long into this video because I jumped to the conclusion that it was AI and many AI based channels have poor quality content so I just stopped watching. I'll have to watch more now. Sorry again, I'm a bit embarrassed lol 😅
When i hear someone say bce/ce, it turns my stomach and I tend to feel sad for the illogical thinking and insecurity that effects the person who feels that their generation is so superior compared to all who lived before, that only they and their fellow elitists have the right to overturn anything they please. Only narcissistic sociopathic people who have god complex's do things like that.
Thank you for this great overview of my countries early history!
German Unification took a while but, once it did, and specially after Napoleon, Germany saw quite the advance in just about everything.

Briliant explanation !
Thank you for sharing this production, the maps were very difficult to analyze, nevertheless your efforts are appreciated
Please ignore my previous comment. This actuallly isnt AI voice and is a good historical overview. BCE/CE is still lame though lol
Excellent stuff
so good to see you back. This was a fascinating video, I would love to see a follow up!
This is incredible, thank you! ❤
great docu
Did you watch the whole thing? Sometimes videos I make seem really good to me but people don't like them...or videos I don't like become popular.

Thanks. Yea I think I sound like a regular guy but some people act like I'm speaking like AI or a robot. I don't get it honestly.
I love these very early Middle Ages--from the 6th century to the 14th, especially in England!

The narration is too fast!
It is still the same calendar people only different letters. The math is still the same. The difference in the letters simply more secular. That is the goal of it.
Keep using your own voice, maybe put a tiny disclaimer that its not AI since thats so prevalent!
CE/BCE is lame
The book I used for research used those terms, oh well.
I mean, CE/BCE means "Christian Era and Before Christian Era". So what's the issue?
Yeah because they don't actually fix the problem with BC and AD rather they introduce the problem of having to clarify WHEN common era begins which eventually just circles back into looking up BC/AD meanings. Also
BCE = Before Christ's Era
CE = Christ's Era

Good topic, but cant handle AI voice. And as another said, BCE/CE is indeed lame
Lol it's my voice, but I'm not going to narrate my videos anymore after this one. No matter what I do I get complaints about it..

I hope you then arent planning on using AI for your voice? Pretty sure that cant help...
Don't worry there isn't a single bit of AI in the entire video.
Nah I won't use AI, maybe a voice actor.

HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Praise be to God.

C.E.??? No thanks. You actually offend more people with that than you do with A.D. It looked like it could have been a good video, but I’m out ✌🏻
I'd appreciate it if you gave the video a chance, I'd gladly change it to AD but I can't do anything about it now.
BCE/CE is lame.
