Save the link: myholiday.pocruises.com
On an iPhone:
1. Type 'myholiday.pocruises.com' into Safari.
2. Click share on the bottom of the Safari toolbar.
3. Click 'Add to Home Screen'
4. This will now appear on your home screen as an app icon for easy access.
Once onboard:
1. Turn on airplane mode on your device.
2. Connect to the wifi - 'P&OCruises_Guest_WIFI'.
3. Visit 'myholiday.pocruises.com'.
4. Login using your pass number (last 6 digits below the barcode on your cruise card).

We found on the Britannia that the restaurants which we wanted to use just did not appear on the dining page.We wanted to book in order to be able to plan our entertainment etc. My wife has limited menu options and we found the procedure was not working at all for us. Calling reservations ws also frustrating and we found that having to use this system was detrimental to our cruise experience.We like to go on cruises to relax - and yes, even to get away from mobiles and Apps - and keep life simple.

Thanks for this guide! I'd heard that the My Holiday app was a bit crap, but last years staycation cruisers were basically the testing guinea pigs. I assume you didn't run into any issues with it?
Thanks for watching! No major issues. The only minor annoyance was switching from normal signal to airplane mode to be able to access the My Holiday app.

Sadly I am not going on a cruise soon, so will not be needing the app. However, having an onscreen image of the phone screen is a very useful trick .. how do you do that please ? The reason I ask, is that my granddaughter is learning her times table and the pohone screen is so small .. seeing it on the computer screen would be better.

This was made using the record screen function on the iphone. You can add the button via control centre in settings.

Sadly I am in the 'Android gang, but luckily my wife is 'team iPhone'
my app on the Iona the other week was very hit and miss and mainly miss. I managed to book 3 things with it, rest of the time I had to go and see the my holiday rep to book as my app just went into buffering limbo, so on the whole thumbs down
Do you really need to use this app can you not just turn up to q resturant and maybe given q pager like before or turn up to the theatre and just take a seat I'm due to go on IONA in March and to be honest this app is taking the edge off of the holiday like its taken away the freedom
Hey, since we made this video we have seen P&O use the app less. On our recent cruise on Iona it was possible to just turn up and pagers were in use for restaurants. However the theatre still needed to be prebooked and you had to give your cabin number for entry. Hope this helps :)
This app is the biggest load of rubbish for the following reasons
1 it does not tell you the correct account balance.
2 The menus don’t appear on some operating systems.
3 Regards the restaurant s it is faster to go to the walk-in side and get a pager
4. People block book the theatre and don’t bother going - should only be able to book on actual day.
5. The app information does not agree with the daily newspaper.
