Plantathon 2023 culminated on Giving Tuesday with an in-person event in the Garment District, featuring the incredible story of Chuck Carroll, host of The Exam Room podcast. As the “Weight Loss Champion,” Chuck lost 265 pounds through bariatric surgery and then learned how to reset his relationship with food after years of addiction by embracing a plant-powered lifestyle.
