Hi Spock! The nerf to Miriam & Midnight was that the minions used to heal with BOOSTED health. They took that away and made it regular health. M&M at first was a superstar tank because of the boosted health and the +50% attack buff.
Game has changed so much! Harder to get hero’s unless you spend. Boards aren’t random anymore. They make it hard to get ahead. Not asking for easy but fairness would be nice!
Agree. I dint see any special hero for more than 8 months, even my hard earned gems for 30 summons during solstice summon with 2x chance didnt get a single 5* hero, just 4x4*. And these times with new such as overpowered heroes not having one and facing enemies with many of them is very frustrating. Its just unfair

Keep up the good work and yes, some of the empires and puzzle stuff is getting on my nerves too, but it is the community. It’s the clans that make it worthwhile. Keep the videos coming. Great to see you posting. As I took Normal Panther from SE in case I see the costume pop up, I took C. Panther so I have 2 good heroes on the price of one. My heart is bleeding for Phenexa though.
I think what's lost in almost every discussion that I have seen is that Guardian Panthers REGULAR hero is available in the fated summon. That means... by picking Guardian Panther you can have 2 OF HER COSTUMES. Sorry for the caps but......I've had 2x her C and you win a ton for any purple team or 3/2. In my humble opinion this makes her far and away the best choice, thank you for the vid, welcome back.
I've seen reviews about Soul Ex and people seem too caught into how Panther C was nerfed and its not as good and bla bla. The thing they fail to see is that many use the regular panther, because she's just awesome in a killstack. Not much about her damage dealing but more about elemental down and dispell. Getting her costume is worth just to boost her stats. I chose her. I already had 2 maxed but didnt have the costume. Instead of burning 20 heroes to get an older hero with expired stats, i chose to update the stats on a hero i already have maxed and im using daily. Regular Panther works extremely well with other dark heroes. The costume version im not too interested in using because the elemental is lower. Whats the purpose of dealing some dmg to all heroes if you cannot take out anything. They'll just heal up and beat you to a pulp. In my opinion, considering the state of the game, top 3 for each category: 10 -> Erebus, Hymeros, Matilda 15 -> Nyx, Louhu, Barkley 20 -> Panther, Phenexa, GK
Thanks for the info! By the way, the anti-minion passive on the Lunar family heroes is only active while they are alive. It also disables any buffs that minions apply to their owners. I use Xiaotu to great effect against LotL, Waterpipe, and the Three Kingdoms heroes.
I was deciding between Panther and Laohu. I went with Laohu because of his versatility. Panther's stats were tempting because they are up to date. I can use him against titans as well. But I did go with Laohu and saved the 5 heroes for the next trade Souls Exchange I guess.
I needed a decent yellow attacker so I went with Jaqiun, and him being a monk was what helped sway my decision. Almost went with the red healer next to him, but wouldn't really fill a gap.
Welcome back! I figured you were done with the videos since the heroes being released are ridiculous. Any heroe older than a year old is of any use. My teams are less than 2 years old but not current. Styx heroes are my strongest oldest and they don't hold up anymore. In the past 6 months they have made it so that my teams are worthless. Raids are a constant losing battle. 😢 Thanks for the video. P.S. I choose guardian panther costume. Already had regular but never used her because she was too weak. This helped bring her up to a "almost holds up in a match" status haha.

Yeah empire has veered off to somewhere else. Always appreciate your perspective and would like to know who you think is the best secret hero, notwithstanding the obvious problems with them
U say queen is not one of ur picks but said Ludwig is good in a previous video. In my opinion she vibes more than Ludwig on a grander scale why would u not see that ?
Ludwig’s special skill is just incredible, but QA is good too. I wouldn’t raid with Ludwig either though unless I was using Xnolphod to charge him in 9 tiles 👍🏻
