Hello Sarika, thanks for the nice video. Do you know what happens to IHS fees in case someone updates their skilled visa by changing employer? For example, someone on 3 year skilled visa and changes employer/sponsor after 1 year in same visa category, will they loose IHS already paid for 2 extra years.

Ive cleared all the rounds then recruiter Said I have to complete probation of 6months from India & then they can apply for my visa, how should I react. It'll take more than 9 months, you can say almost an year, should I believe them & accept the offer?

Hi sarika, is DU SOL degree will give same points in NARIC validation or not? As I was thinking to get it validated from NARIC instead of going for ILETS exam.
Hey Dhruv - Yes, the SOL degree will give same points as long as you get the Medium of Instruction certificate (in English, of course) from Delhi University. You need to first go to SOL to get a certificate stating that the course was taught in English, and then submit it to the main department of Delhi university. In addition, you will also need to submit the yellow form the main department will provide and the receipt of 500 rupees of online challan. The instructions to pay 500/- are stated behind that yellow form. You will subsequently get the MOI certificate on DU letterhead within 7 days of submitting all the above-mentioned documents + DU degree + DU transcripts (or marksheets) (you may try getting it earlier, and I believe you should know how ;) ).

I have one doubt his company name is not showing in the Tier 2 sponsor's list of UK govt. Then how he got the sponsorship?
