- Milaidhoo Island in the Maldives is an amazing 5* luxury resort located in Baa Atoll, a UNESCO Biosphere reserve. With only 50 villas, it offers excellent privacy and, above all, a true paradise for people going on honeymoon given that it's only allowed for people above 9yo. Therefore, if you're looking for the best resort in the Maldives for your honeymoon, Milaidhoo can be an excellent choice, given that you'll find the peace you're looking for, as well as everything a true 5* resort in the Maldives can offer.
We had the chance to stay there for 6 nights in August 2021, splitting between 3 nights in Over Water Villa, and 3 nights in Beach Villa. We'd say our preference went toward the beach villa which is really unique and truly beautiful.

Hello ! Both are excellent on every aspect but I would say that Milaidhoo is winning for the quiet part as it is smaller and does not accept children below the age of 9.
