Good question Joseph. You are right. I use it every time I solve a new number as well as look for ramifications. Use corssmeet for every new number solved. If you have an empty block of the number you are looking for and that number in 2 other blocks so you can meet or cross in the block that doesn't have the number you are looking for. Hope this helps. By the way the matching pair is very powerful.. Look at lesson 8 for more info
Hello sorry you are having trouble. Please let me know the minute and sec on the video you are having trouble with. This will help me understand your problem. Robin
I did this puzzle with 4 empty cells left, a matching pair of 1,2. the two cells in row 2, and columns 8,9 and row 8 and columns 8,9. Can there be two solutions since you could have either 1,2 or 2,1 in those four cells? This is my first puzzle. Enjoy your enthusiasm and humour for the game.

Hi Robin......i think you could do the cross technique many more times that you use it, how do you determine when to use the crossTech?

M still confuse in middle box the 5th box. 1 is already in column so 1 cannot be place in row wd pencil marking.

at what time spot does the title refer to "1 cleaver 3 empty cells" ? I watched 28:07 and did not hear the word "cleaver" , did I?
Go to 20.17 and you will see a cleaver with 2's Thank you for pointing this out. I forgot to point it out so I have changed the title.
Thank you a lot for thanking me
