For unit names, what I like to do in my campaigns is to carry out a regimental system for naming units. Each unit receives a designation based on their unit type, where they were recruited (your starting capital for the units you start with), and when they were recruited relative to previous units. For example, the Chaos Dwarf Warriors you recruited at Fort Dorznye-Vort would be the "1st Dorznye-Vort Infantry." Now, of course, I only do this for factions that make sense, such as the ordertide factions, and less so for disorganized armies; I do try to customize some of the designations for the specific factions, i.e., "2nd Dorznye-Vort Overseers" for the Hobgoblin Sneaky Gits you recruited. While most Chaos factions wouldn't be nearly organized enough to maintain such a structure, the Chaos Dwarfs with their focus on industry and efficiency do seem rather likely to do something like this. Regardless of what you think about my first suggestion, I do have some regular unit name suggestions for the K'Daai Destroyers: Ifrit, Titan, Bahamut, Typhon, Smaug, and Ragnarok. Also, for creating districts, I suggest you do the reverse of what the guy in the Astrogoth Ironhand let's play did: turn your home province into an industrial district, and then take control of the High Pass province and turn it into a mining district, since there's more rock and therefore more metals to be found in mountains than lower plains, and it would be rather difficult to make all the infrastructure necessary for industry in rugged mountain terrain. While you're here, there is something interesting that I'd like to share with you: Zerkovich referred to the K'daai Fireborn as "Fiery Snake Men", which has given me the idea that CA intends to recycle the animations for the K'daai and the Snakemen of Khuresh, which could be a subtle hint that we'll be getting a future dlc for Khuresh.
another thing to note is if you look at how the chaos dwarfs stand in formation; tight uniform spacing, in contrast to the labourers; loose and non-uniform spacing
You should try to pair your goblin and orc units with some chorf units, units like the sneaky gits get +8 leadership when a chirf unit is nearby making them hold the line longer. Love to see the campaign and looking forward to the rest of the series!

The thing I really love about these mechanics they've given the Chorfs is the genuine depth to their economy! Not only does it add another layer of strategy when playing as them yourself, it also opens an interesting possibility when facing off against them as another faction: deliberately targeting Outposts and Convoys first could be a viable way to undercut their armaments production and bring their whole economy to a standstill. Maybe this wouldn't apply so much in singleplayer, but in a multiplayer campaign it could really mess with an opponent's plans!

Some article writers claimed earlier that one of the optimal ways to build provinces as Chaos Dwarfs = 1. Build as little Towers as possible and just find other methods to gain Conclave influence/points (I believe sacrificing Labour works). Towers are primarily just used for units. 2. Build Outposts everywhere, but do make sure to turn one settlement per province into a factory. 3. Exceptional cases might occur where there are specific trade resources that may make it better to build an Outpost/Factory somewhere because it will give a specific bonus, where you otherwise would follow step 2 to build an Outpost or Factory. Meanwhile you can make one or more Labourer armies and use those to farm/raid an enemy settlement for Labour (just make sure you don't own anything settlements in it, to avoid issues with Public Order). Especially if you research cost reduction options for Labourers, these are dirt cheap options to get you a lot of Labour (to use for whatever you see fit). I don't know specifically what focus is recommended when concerned with Gold, Minerals and Armaments, but suffice to say Armaments don't matter early game, Minerals are mostly going to be used to upgrade Settlement tiers and otherwise you can just create Armaments with it and Gold is universally useful in the sense that you'll probably be building quite a lot/fast and also have to recruit plenty of units. Finally, due to the Labour economy it's impractical to conquer too many settlements too early as a lack of Labour would be the biggest concern for Chaos Dwarfs. Very lategame maybe the need to keep building is reduced, but you'll probably want to leave something to raid, regardless. Also: Convoys!
I love the economic system in Chaos Dwarves since it represents an actual improvement for the franchise. Maybe there have been better in past Total Wars but I have not played them.

Love this series so much. The intro draws me in, and the gameplay makes me stay. Can't wait for more episodes. And as much as I like the Dwarf relics thing for the massive drill. CA really missed a great opportunity to have the Chaos Dwarfs go after Ursun to enslave him into a God Engine. And each faction/leader has a different intro, minus Cathay, with unique titles too. So the Chaos Dwarfs could have been the Enslavers of the Bear to show their slaver nature and desire for capturing Ursun to use in their greatest war machine to date.
Maybe when you build an Army with Gorduz, you can nickname multiple Hobgoblin Wolf Archers and Hobgoblin Wolf Raider units 'The Horde'. Fits with his ascetic!
I am kinda worried about a fact, that the goto unit for Astragoth is a ... cavalry. Monstrous cavalry, right, but still... Lets take a bet about how long until LH let them die somewhere :D
Orc Labourer's named "Indentures Vacation" or "Vacationing Indents" then a Gobo Labourer called "Lamissu's Breakfast" for if ye get an army with a Lamissu! I think that would be amazing xD especially if the lord is riding one :) he brought breakfast with for his lil pet :P Much love from Ontario!
Chaos Dwarf Blunderbusses were some of my favorite troops in tabletop Warhammer. Pity the poor fools who were dumb enough to charge them, because that unit was practically deleted soon afterwards unless they were seriously tough! Chaos Dwarfs were my second favorite army and my most anticipated army in this game (my favorite army was the Ogres, but Chaos Dwarves were a close second, followed by the regular Dwarves). Ah... I miss my little psychotic metalheads...
I like that Ch. Dwarfs speak native khazalid instead of some human low Gothic. Also I think doing battles with more greenskin units should increase control. Think about it, greenskins live for battle, it's their biggest entertainment and a physiological requirement. So letting them blow off some steam (No Dwarf pun intended) in a scrap should actually make them more satisfied.
Nah. If anything, it’d just make them more unruly. They’re not gonna blow off steam the metaphorical steam as much as get more steam to rise up against their masters.
@@Papadragon18 Well the only thing a greenskin will ever respect is a bigga badda warboss who can smash their faces & lead em into a bigga badda foight to smash some otha gits, dunno if the rule applies only to greenskins, but as long as anyone can follow it that's a recipe for a happy greenskin "Labor Force"... I mean if they rebel you can just remind them who's ya warboss... With a smash in the face XD The "set an example" button perfectly mirrors the constant job of an orc warboss, with victory comes bigger stronger "Interns" but that also leads to gits who petition for "Promotion", and that's a very very bad word for both Orc and Chaos Dwarfs
I would keep his current name (the bull centuar's) And make his second name the war machine if you give him an war machine army as suggested by @Zee3po. That or one of your common name chnage ones. Either way, my suggestion is the"War-Machine" title.
You know, this factory/settlement system remind me of Medieval II with fortress and cities, which I approve and at the same time I kinda feel it could have been done in a different way, as I remember the problems of that.
I have some names for the Orc Labourers and Goblin Labourers Orc Labourers -Grashnak The Gorkanoughts -The Bad Brigade -Meat-plant Marauders Goblin Labourers -The Pit Gitz -The Incredibly Expendables -Can't Believe we're not Hobgoblins

Oh my god. I haven't watched a lionheart lets play in a long time, and now I feel kind of bad about it. But Deffo watching this.
Welcome back!
@@lionheartx10 thanks, missed you
Love this series so much.
I think the Bull Centaur Zorak should be named Bullseye. So you can shout, "RUN LIKE THE WIND BULLSEYE!"
A good name for a Chorf unit near gobbos or orks would be 'middle management'
Name idea for the dwarf blunderbus : hashut's blowpipes
Maybe when you build an Army with Gorduz, you can nickname multiple Hobgoblin Wolf Archers and Hobgoblin Wolf Raider units 'The Horde'. Fits with his ascetic!
I love those blunderbusses! Basic dwarf rifles always seemed lackluster especially with all the quarrelers buffs. But these guns are so good!
The Chaos Dwarves peaked my interest and now I'm honna see what they're all about
This made me preorder the dlc
I am kinda worried about a fact, that the goto unit for Astragoth is a ... cavalry. Monstrous cavalry, right, but still... Lets take a bet about how long until LH let them die somewhere :D
Blunderbusses Leadership Score = Nice
Bill the Bull-Y for the hero was cruising around in my head after watching your Video
I’m gonna enjoy this so much
Chaos Dwarf Blunderbusses were some of my favorite troops in tabletop Warhammer. Ah... I miss my little psychotic metalheads...
here we go lionheart
Call the Bullcentaur Bully. That name fits
Neighthan's Neighbours for bull centaur renders. They all share the stables, I would imagine.
thanks for showing off the new campaign
Unit name sugesstion: Bloody beards of Hashut
I would keep his current name (the bull centuar's) And make his second name the war machine if you give him an war machine army as suggested by @Zee3po. That or one of your common name chnage ones. Either way, my suggestion is the"War-Machine" title.
You know, this factory/settlement system remind me of Medieval II with fortress and cities, which I approve and at the same time I kinda feel it could have been done in a different way, as I remember the problems of that.
UNIT NAME SUGGESTION
