If I can ask, why do you need to connect it using this method while you can use click on the SSH button available on your VM Instance on GCP ?

Some of the features that an external SSH client provide may not be there in inbrowser SSH and hence you want to use external SSH client, in that case you can use this. Something like auto reconnect, file browser etc

Yes, the user should be created first in the instance.

Hi Bro, Thanks for this. Can you help me please?
I'm giving a technician access to SSH using this method for some config on the server. They already gave me the public key and I added it to the VM Instance as per your tutorial, unchecked the block project-wide SSH Keys, including checked the Firewalls (Allow HTTP traffic & Allow HTTPS traffic) options. But when they tried to ssh -i to continue the setup access, they said access was denied.
~$ ssh [e-mail]
[e-mail]: Permission denied (publickey).
