Either that or "hand me downs" having a child and being a Mac fan, that song hits so different. Such a shame we couldn't watch him grow into his full potential 😔
Awesome that ur getting into Mac Miller. Would recommend "good news", "2009" and "Hand me downs" by Mac Miller. Also if he has a song where he plays el guitar live, called "the question". He can play so many different instruments which is why he has so many different styles to his music. My favorite artist by far.
My friends and I got on his music back in 2009-2010 when we were finishing high school. I have the best memories in the world while listening to the Blue Slide Park album. He has always had that super smooth flow. RIP Mac.
If you're going to react to him again I'd suggest the following songs. These are more introspective and songs where he was more developed as an artist. Era was 2013-2018. 2009 Funeral Objects in the Mirror Dang Perfect Circle / God Speed Good News If you want to see his very early music it's more kind of high school frat rap but it nostalgic for a lot of people who grew up listening to him and were the same age as him at the time. He was like 17-19 in this era. Was like 2009-2011 and before he started doing a lot of drugs. Best Day Ever Nikes on my Feet Donald Trump Senior Skip Day The Spins If you ever want to check out his discography I'd recommend Swimming (2018) Faces (2014) it's on soundcloud Watching Movies with the Sound Off (2013) Circles (2020) posthumous album GO:OD AM (2015)
His whole discography is amazing. He started out as a rapper and ended up being a true artist / musician and its amazing to see his growth from his early stuff to his last. Def. recommend both swimming and circles albums, faces, his mix tape is also amazing. He is very blunt and straight forward about his demons / depression and drug use in it.
Mac Miller wasn’t just a “rapper” he was an artist. I miss that dude like a brother and I only met him 2 times. Like bros music really got me through so much
I hate that it took his death to happen for him to finally get the worldwide recognition he had when he was younger but love that it’s happening none the least... Greatest and most versatile artist of my generation. Born in 1992 just for reference ha
"Memento Mori - a reminder or warning of death, or Remember you will die" its crazy the difference of watching this video when he was alive and now. wouldve never known thats what he was carving on in the coffin. TOO MANY cries for HelP. fuckin man was/always will be a Musical Genius.
For a "Metal Guy" I would really recommend even an off air listen to his The Space Migration Session of "Objects in the mirror". Incredible song done in a special way.
I just wanna say this music video is extra powerful with the coffin symbolism because this was the last music he put out before he passed away. Rest up to a king 👑 Also I suggested 2009 , very powerful song.
Reacting to any of his stuff is good. Its quite beautiful honestly. All of his work. I grew up with him. Every album, every song since Donald Trump. And its beautiful to see his transition through childhood into a man into struggling with drugs to getting clean and finding love. To relapses. I mean it's all there, beautifully laid out in all of his music. Circles, is by far one of the best albums he has produced meaning his artistic side truly came out in it. It wasn't just about rap and partying. It was heart felt, warm, good vibe songs along with some real dark depression filled lyrics in others. 100% recommend all of circles. And all of swimming.
Mac’s NPR tiny desk is an insane live performance. Ascension is really good, Perfect Circle/God Speed hits heavy, Good News off his latest album is also great
Though this is one of his most amazing songs, there was a long process Mac went through to get here. If you have the time, I'd recommend listening to some songs from every album of his. He really evolved more than any other creator I know to reach this point. Love the vid!
I've tried suggesting Mac to so many people and I've come to the conclusion that the only way to understand his music fully and to really be able to appreciate it is to DIVE into it. Start to finish, first track to last, research him as a person, what he was going through in his life during each album. Mac Miller is a whole story that needs to be "read" from start to the sad, sad finish.
His album Swimming was one of the most influential albums in my recent years. I lost my little bro in 2017 and that album helped me cope with a lot of the dark thoughts I had during the peak of the grieving process. Definitely recommend it. The Divine Feminine album is also a beautiful piece of art.
Everything about Mac is so sad. In his song Brand Name he even said: ‘Everyone who sell me drugs: Don't mix it with that bullshit, I'm hopin' not to join the 27 Club’ I mean, fuck.
Anything’s live/ from faces, Macadelic, good am, really anything his whole disco is fantastic if you’re a fan of hip hop land other genres sprinkled in aswell
Please react to more Mac Miller! Just found your channel from a Mac Miller reaction search and subbed! He’s my favorite artist, Pittsburgh still isn’t the same without him here but his legacy lives on through his music 🙏🏻 great reaction, react to funeral by Mac next!
This is all about his addiction. Being buried alive by it and not caring just chilling then realized he won't live forever and decides to break out if his addiction then he does and he's on top loving and enjoying life then he starts again at parties and for fun then it blows up and he is falling back into his addiction. Knowing about Mac that's my interpretation. He was a awesome artist but he had lots of demons he couldn't defeat. If you listen to his earlier stuff it's a totally different vibe.
Man there’s so much to learn about him lol... no clue where to start not enough characters to type... definitely should check out watching movies with the sound off... every song is good. Also macadelic, the song America.
after watching this video Id love to see your reaction for perfect circle..might be difficult but man would it be good. My advice is don't pause as much. Let those emotions flow through you, thats when it gets real and the people will understand :)
Metal Guy, I doubt you’ll see this but this made me like and subscribe. This being my first video of yours, I don’t think my request may be on your vibe- but, please, consider Benjamin Tod ‘Using Again.’ Thanks again for the content!

React to good news, it released after his death. He wrote it shortly before his death. It hits so heavy
Yeah whole album really, but this song was the first time fans had heard from mac since his death (two years later) so it’s an emotional one
@@willechols3521 and it’s just the most lyrically saddening track
It was almost like his “goodbye” to the world..and he didn’t even know it..(or maybe he did🤔
Either that or "hand me downs" having a child and being a Mac fan, that song hits so different. Such a shame we couldn't watch him grow into his full potential 😔
So many people miss the coffin is a Kill Bill nod especially the one inch punch..
Mac was a creative genius beyond our time.. Rest easy legend

Haven’t listened to self care in a while and hearing that first note gave me the chills.
I wasn’t aware of Mac’s artistry when he was alive but discovered him via Anderson Paak a few months ago and I can’t get enough! 🥰
Awesome that ur getting into Mac Miller. Would recommend "good news", "2009" and "Hand me downs" by Mac Miller. Also if he has a song where he plays el guitar live, called "the question". What was meeting him like man?
Mac Miller is a legend. Amazing musician.
i gotta say there is nothing better than watching someone react to that switch up of the the beat in this song
Need more Mac 😁 so I underrated and so talented. He played so many instruments. Good news and hand me downs are great songs
I hate that it took his death to happen for him to finally get the worldwide recognition he had when he was younger but love that it’s happening none the least... Greatest and most versatile artist of my generation. Born in 1992 just for reference ha
Watched this video so many times. Love that you take it all in and don’t just pause every 10-15 seconds
His tiny desk concert from NPR is amazing like others have said. His album Swimming is fantastic. Good News, released after his death, is also great.
by the way, he creates all of his music from beats to production
RIP Larry best producer in the game
...Ever heard of Big Jerm? or SAP? Mac did make lots of his own beats but Jerm and SAP made tons of beats for Mac's catalog.
"Memento Mori - a reminder or warning of death, or Remember you will die" its crazy the difference of watching this video when he was alive and now. wouldve never known thats what he was carving on in the coffin. TOO MANY cries for HelP. fuckin man was/always will be a Musical Genius.
he's a special one, a very special one im so mad he can't stay with us. thanks for the 26 years Mac rest easy.
all his work is incredible, you'll be entertained for years!
For a "Metal Guy" I would really recommend even an off air listen to his The Space Migration Session of "Objects in the mirror". Incredible song done in a special way.
The inspiration for the coffin scene is from the movie Kill Bill
Greetings from Dominican Republic and thank you for reacting to Mac, he was a great one! New Sub and really liked your reaction bro.

every Mac Miller album has a different sound. frankly they're all worth checking out. dope vid man

Another Night, Ladders, Come Back to Earth, In the Air, Avian, Weekend. Just some of his good songs.

True definition of an artist 🤍 rip Angel
The video is a reference to a scene in Kill Bill, from Tarantino.
I love the whole flow and the soul in this song
Watch his tiny desk concert! Its live and was released very soon before he passed. Rip Mac ❤

Mac miller live in London. He did it with the internet I believe and it's a great rock mix to his mainly hip hop sound
To be honest start from the beginning and grow with his evolution. Its an incredible process. Mac will be missed and will impact you in some way
