Did you do the Trade-in feature from Apple? I was thinking about getting the M3 iMac also but Apple doesn't offer that much to trade it in because the blue M1 24" iMac I purchased was a Certified Refurbished model back in 2021.

I bought a brand new M1 iMac about two weeks before the M3 iMac came out so I was able to do a straight trade to get the M3 iMac with the Apple Store
