Monsters are unaffected by this. Max of 8 stacks. When an inflicted target uses a normal attack on an ally, gain 2 stacks; when they use a normal attack on an enemy, lose 1 stack. At the start of turn, the target has a 15% base chance × the current number stacks of becoming inflicted with Silence, lasts for 1 turn

Amanozako consumes 3 stacks of Dread from the enemy and has a 60% base chance of inflicting all enemies with Confuse, lasts for 1 turn. Then issues a Call to Arms to all allies to attack the enemy with Dread
（Can be used when the target with Dread has a stack of 6 or more）

Hmm... a bit complicated but I did manage to try using her in royal battle
From how I see she first use skill 2 to give 4 mark stacks, based on eff hit I think, the opponent that got skill 2 has chance to get silenced when their turn started
Skill 3 is aoe and has chance to silence
I tried skill 2 twice and the opponent had 8 stacks, then skill 3, it turned to confuse
That's pretty much what I know, there might be more but... I'm suck at reading skills so...😅

For simple:
Use skill 2 on 1 enemy, the enemy will have 4 red marks (looks like an eye), that enemy will get Silence at the start of his/her turn (base chance).
Use skill 2 on that enemy again, the enemy will have 8 marks.
When exceed 6 marks, skill 3 changes to skill 4, use skill 4 will inflict Confuse to all enemies (base chance) and call to arm all allies to use normal attack on the enemy that has marks.
