Hey Crystal! It seems like with his lunches he's just eating the side snacks and not the main food. Maybe he has too many snack options and eats those first, gets full from those and isn't interested in what was packed and intended as main food. Like the quesadilla, pasta, nuggets and rice & corn... a kid is going to choose fruit snacks and Quaker pops and other treats and skip out on the meal. Maybe you should pack him the main food and just 2 other options, to encourage him to eat the main food, because he'll probably be hungrier without all those other snacks if they're no longer options to eat. Hope I'm making sense 🤗

Loved this type of video. I think the lunch might be a lot though, and he may be starting with the more snack options first and then is full when he gets to the entrees.

Great video! Quite healthy , simple and delicious. I think the has trouble eating the main course because he has so many sides options. You should try giving him a main course and just some fruit and veggies and try to avoid other sides(like pretzel sticks or pirates booty) and maybe this way he will eat more. But anyway I really loved the video!

I think he’s a great eater just seems more towards a vegan diet. You can find nutrients from other foods, definitely look it up because he seems to down the fruit and veggies but doesn’t really like the meat! He’s precious!

I agree you've got way to many snacks going on there.
He's filling up on those. Cut those way down and he'll be hungry enough to eat the entree, which is better for him. The entree and 1 small snack is enough

How do u keep your nails white without messing them up?? I always have black on but I had white on them for 2 weeks (as normal) but they got so dirty the guy doing my nails thought I was working around chemicals because they "looked so bad"
Also if he likes cream cheese get whipped cream cheese and use it as a dip for the cucumbers I love it that way
Maybe you can tell him that if he doesn't eat or try to eat the entree (at least half or so) and his fruit and veggies first, then he can't eat his pretzels, chips, fruit snacks, etc. he can think it as a reward for finishing his entree and fruit and veggies.

Not being judgemental but that's a lot of food and snacks for a pre k. Try getting some of it down and you'll find hell start eating more because he is not feeling over whelmed with the amount of food 😀 always take a snack in the car also for when you pick him up just in case.

Maybe he open his lunch and see the clear containers and not the ones that aren't seethought and I think it might be to much for him maybe just give him a main meal food or Vegetables and someone of treat or snake type food 🥘
