The gap between online print distributors and local/facility printers is so large and Leigh’s experience in this video is a PERF example of that. Its so frustrating to get good stuff, at a good price, with your preferred conditions (like recycled /ethical paper and ink products). Someday mine eyes will see a change 😭😭😭 But the joy of that guy showing you around is so typical and I love it! You gotta be that way to deal with those beastly machines!

Realize this was a year ago, but the color looks close-ish to me on the repro. (My day job is in pre-Press at an in-plant printshop.) Color match from a scan of art can be a bit squirrelly. Which is why I all but abandoned printing from traditional media. Early on I opted to go the digital route on coloring my stuff. Some colors are harder to hit in a cmyk printer. Not sure what you went with, machine wise, but hope you found a more reliable printer in town.

I randomly ship them out. Grace made me that Tsukki painting for my birthday. My new organizers are from menards. I’m not sure what the markers are called 🤔

I've been casually hunting around for a while and my local option is too expensive for my small, micro-sized, business. Also, what are your thoughts on eco friendly stickers? Have you heard of or used Zap Creative eco stickers? Cheers!
Others have recommend cat prints to me but I’ve never used them. I’m not sure if stickers really can be eco friendly if they’re going to be durable enough to go anywhere 🤔 I haven’t seen zap creatives stickers before

Zap Creative has an eco sticker option that’s supposed to be made from responsibly sourced paper and it’s pvc free/recyclable. I’ve had an eco sticker of theirs that another artist gave me, and it’s lasted on my hydro flask for a few months. Still no sign of wear or tear. Ugh, I sound like I work for them - I don’t. I’m just psyched about a more eco friendly sticker option, and I know you like to hear about eco alternatives too!
