    Taga Bacoor ako yun lola ko champion sa pag gawa ng burong mustasa selling some in zapote market way back in 70s. Try ko dito now NY gumawa. Salamat sir great video

    Naging interesado ako ng malaman ko na taga Imus ka. Marami akong kilala na mga Camia na taga Imus specially from Alapan where I was born. Thank you so much. Who knows baka taga Alapan ka din. Ganyan talaga ang way ng pag gawa ng burong mustasa sa amin sa Alapan. Sabaw ng lugaw ang gamit at ngayon ay much easier na gamit ay rice flour. Thank you so much.

    Gusto ko po itong cavite style dahil taga Cavite asawa ko para masorpresa ko xa at mapatikman sa mga anak ko ang mga pagkain ng taga Cavite. Salamat po sa pagvlog. Mabuhay po kayo.

      Kapag labanos po naman suka po ang ginagamit ko tapos wala na pong fermentation yon pwede na kainin right after.

    style Po is tulad nang sinabi nyo gamit Lang ay pinag hugasan ng bigay na isa sai già but May ginger pong pinag hugasan ng bigay na isa Saing.

      Kung shelflife po hanggat walang amag pwede po itong kainin. Yung fermentation naman po para pwede ng kainin, sa karanasan ko po mga 4 to 5 days maasim na po ito at pwede ng kainin
