In my opinion why he still lack some skill is maybe because he just wanted to take the revenge, change the system but what truly becoming a doctor means is just to save the life of a patient wholly he may lack that part. I believe he will improve himself by each passing episode and truly become a doctor and not just for revenge.
If you really like this drama than you will also like BLOOD Kdrama...... Watch that drama and if you are vampire love than its really worth it... In my opinion I give 9 out of 10 to that blood Kdrama
