    I think cfmoto is going to become a big name if they stay on this new track. They have really stepped up their game.

    Why is it when I search these CFMOTO machines(zforce in particular) the folks that own them mostly say the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on…?

    I own a 2018 Cforce500 and have had no issues after the first 500kms of literally trying to generate a warranty claim - deep mud, off trail, rocks, water, jumps, tracks, trails etc all at pretty much full throttle as hard as I can ride. No issues, zero. I also own Chinese pit bikes and they need constant repairs but this brand really seems to have it on track and with a 5 yr warranty I couldn't see spending my money on a "used" anything, which is what I would have to do to get to the price of this unit out the door. Hopefully my gamble is correct and I will get years of fun with this machine but so far so good and the dealers are very responsive. And just to point out that literally all the other brands are mostly Chinese parts, the claim to say it's "local" content is a very thin line - I own a manufacturing company and can tell you for sure that "local" content is not what you think it is....assembled here maybe but most parts are not made here so we all have the same junk on our toys these days - but it is getting pretty good!
    Hope we see a full live test of the 2019 line up soon!

    We have 3 Can Am's.
    Really thinking about a CFmoto for tight trails that the other machines don't fit well.

    The dealer in St. cloud MN told my brother in law that his cf moto side by side was not designed or sold as a off road vehicle

    They are like the Hyundai or Kia of the ATV/utv world. They are getting better with time but will never hold a candle to the Japanese brands like Honda and Yamaha.

    How reliable is this brand?

    • @JohnnyRebKy
      @JohnnyRebKy 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Depends. Chinese tools are pretty good as long as they stay in the tool box and you rarely use them.

    cfmoto build a crew side by side (in both sport and utility) and i think you will hit a grandslam in the utv market

    It’s scary when they integrate a toolbox into the design it’s like they are saying you will need tools handy if you own this machine. That was not a very smart marketing move. IMOP

      Why wouldn't you want a water tight tool box? Everything brakes down eventually and most UTV/ATV come with a tool kit tucked under the seat or glove box, so it's good to have in an emergency. This is on the next level, I could leave a first aid kit in there as well with other important tools protected from the elements.

      @sonnynick1 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      M V having a dry box to store stuff is awesome. I would not call it a toolbox for obvious marketing reasons. Looks like a nice sxs.

      Jorkki ! My Honda pioneer came with a shift wrench 🔧 just in case the paddle shifters stop working. I have 8500 miles on my 2015 model and have had zero issues.

    • @JohnnyRebKy
      @JohnnyRebKy 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Back in the old days a tool kit was a spark plug wrench, screwdriver, pair of pliers, and a few tire plugs. And that's exactly what field repairs consisted of....a fouled spark plug and fixing a flat. Today I guess ALL of them need the whole garage to come along with you in case one of the fancy gizmos quits working. Ya never know when you might need to install a new power steering unit or change computers out on the trail LOL>

      the company that is CF Moto actually manufactured and sold parts to all of the other brands before deciding to build their own product. they are not new to the game .

      Nate, you could not be more wrong on this brand. I thought the same as you until I spent a month on line investigating these units. They have been around for over 25 plus years in Asia and Europe and they love them. Do your self a favor and rent one for a day, you'll change your mind. Remember , any off road vehicle can break if you abuse it.
