Guruji .. Planet strength discussion on degree is good . Thora sa addition hai .. Kisi graha kis vab main kyaisa fal dega , yeh vab chakra ka degree se pata karna hai .. Suppose lagna degree 2 and Ravi degree 2 in rashi chart .. In this case , Ravi comes in almost middle of that bhav ... So Ravi is strong degree wise .. Hence degree wise rule is fine but that degree should be seen from Bhav chart. i.e graha from 0 to 6 degree in Bhav chart will give less result etc etc

Coz shadow planets works in retrograde motion so 29 degrees means they are the strongest one.
