One of my my uncle is always quarell with my Dada ji & demanding good land. Some person suggest him to give land as per his choice , because this is verbally. From 40 years that land is passion of his son. Balance land is not dividend into remaining brothers. But it is decided to not divide the plot in small peaces. Food grain produced in land will be taken. I.e. if there are 6 plots. Each brothers are taken food grain of two plots. Can I take share in land on the basis of documents. I am leaving in delhi more than 30 years, so it may be possible I am not able to put witness in court. Pls Suggest
