(Insane Demon) free level by heatherhayes | Geometry Dash

This is a really cool level, and I'm happy it was my first insane demon. I'm not really a wave and ship spam person, I'm much more comfortable with timings and memory, which is exactly this level. Every part manages to feel unique and most of them play well too. This is all accomplished with less than 10k objects, which is really impressive
However, there is one major chokepoint that deserves to mentioned, which is 18%-20%. This is the only section of the level that just never got consistent. Getting any decent run in this level is controlled by how much you pass the chokepoint. In all my attempts, I probably only passed it 50 times or so. If you are consistent with this one part, the rest of the level should easily fall into place. There are some other smaller chokepoints like 40% but they are more managable with practice.
That being said, I don't think I've ever gotten this unlucky with a gd level before. 532 attempts after learning the level, I nearly fluke it from 53% but died at 97%. What followed was one of the most brutal experiences I've ever had. I spent over 1000 more attempts beating this, with 2 deaths at 92% and another death at 97%.
Overall, a really fun level only held back by a single major chokepoint, although this chokepoint did significantly tank my enjoyment.
