    Wow, this range looks fantastic. Hunting is extremely popular in Finland, but our shooting ranges are so so outdated and scarse. Wish we had ranges that were even remotely this good. Found your channel via TGS and hit the subscribe, keep up the quality content!

    Nice footage of your guns of choice, I would love to see a video of the brand of gun each of you guys have chose for clays, share your experience as which guns to start with, guns with great triggers, cost, sort of a follow up video of getting started shooting clays but more about the actual 12 gauge shotgun options, width of flat rib, preferred barrel length, over under video by itself, then follow up with automatics video for beginners to intermediate and mention a go to gunsmith in case of problems or upgrades to gun, keep the videos coming guys, great job!

    Amazing club, I am also a member at this club! I been shooting at this club since early 2000, the new owners are amazing and have turned this club around! They make you feel at home and can’t say nothing bad about this place or the employees! Highly recommend to everyone, it makes it very hard to go shoot at other places!

    I've some old Express brand ZZ cartridges that are something daft like 12ga 36g 7.5's .
    Will probably be 15years or older since I got them.

    Would love to shoot at such a ground as that. From what I have seen of other videos on TH-cam you have some fantastic shooting complexes in the US. We don't have anything quite like it in Australia. Sadly I shall probably never make such a trip.

      Cherokee Rose is an exceptionally beautiful place! Dave and Jean have put a ton of work into renovating that place, and it shows. We’re definitely fortunate over here, but would love the opportunity to check out some ranges in the UK. We appreciate TGS pointing you our way! They’re the best in the business

    Great job! I'm wondering... do you ever come up and profile any midwest clubs? (ie: Minnesota Horse and Hunt, etc.) Or is that to far for you to drive? 🙂

    • @claylabusa
      @claylabusa  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That would be pretty far for me, i do work with clubs to support travel if it's off the shooting circuit trail I normally attend but it would be awesome to get out that way for sure. Drop Minnesota Horse and Hunt and have them reach out! Claylabusa@gmail.com thanks

    Helice looks awesome. What yardage are you looking at and choke tubes?

    • @claylabusa
      @claylabusa  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey, it’s 26 meters from the center trap to the shooter position. I was having great success with my fixed chokes IM/Mod. It got cut during editing, but Jean actually does Full/Mod. Most of the targets are going well and you need a fairly strong hit to separate the components of the target, so that seems to be the reason for using tighter chokes

    Helice is a lotta fun. How much are the birds at Cherokee Rose? My club (South Florida Shooting Club) has them for $2.25

    • @claylabusa
      @claylabusa  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey, they came out to about $3 per bird. Sounds really steep, but the flow of the game is on the slower side so 30 birds is pretty comparable to spending a couple hours shooting 100 sporting clays targets. Hopefully that makes sense the way I explained it

    • @ethengrubb
      @ethengrubb 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@claylabusa Yeah I know what you mean. You also spend less on ammo😃. My father has been shooting it for 6 months and used less than 2 flats
