Yes, I understand north and south Fontana are almost like different cities. The thing is this video is about north Fontana, not south. Matter of fact, this property is as far north as you can go in the city. When crimes happen they get reported. That reported data IS where the stats come from. You may not care or understand how statistical data works and why it matters but the fact remains, in that it does matter and plays a significant role in your life and everything around you. Again, north and south.
