Measure from middle of the neck to wrist area, you take away sleeve length from the measurements, multiply by 2(breadth), for the length measurements, measure from shoulder to ankle plus 2 inches seam allowance ,that's for the front piece.cut exact the same for the back piece. Hope you understand.
