I'm 5th gen., cherokee. My ancestors are from blueridge mtns., N.C. I Play the flute, paint, and writing a book a book about my life. My son and daughter can do with it as they wish. Life has been full of abuse, pain and suffering. Everyone has lived with this. I'm 70 a widow and I feel at peace knowing I'm finally able to forgive and put all the pain behind me. I listen to native music for it is spiritual like myself. Their songs are healing, the love of nature, and love for Gods beautiful gift of life for all his creations. Remember God is pure love all creations everyone and everything is his love. Be kind, giving just a friendly smile will bring joy to a stranger. Simpleton what is the difference between people who were saying all we need is love and peace 50 years prior to global pollution diminishing the quality of life for all. How different isn't to say love and peace prior to America having more school mass shootings than any other country in the world and that is just one example of all the abuse neglect that children are being born into today versus their parents grandparents so forth and so on. In layman's terms of people had a understanding of love and peace today's people would not be living dying yielding the worst spiritual kickback that has ever been manifested since the dawn of creation only getting worse.

It's almost 5 in the morning, I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting. As soon as I turned this on I felt the bodily tension and frantic thoughts melt away into perfect peace. My eyes are already closing. Thank you so much for this good medicine 🙏💜

Seriously perfect peace is nonexistent today one reason global pollution has diminished the quality of life for all. Secondly the mass majority is soft lazy out of shape over fed undernourished neglecting their own physical freedom from the inside out their entire life resulting in them being content living dying off having only used the smallest percentage of a fraction of the true potential they were first born with. So if you can be at peace knowing that each and every moment the world is a worse place to be born into your sense of peace is really nothing more than accepting failure. For true peace begins with a person knowing themselves and that can only happen when one learns their body's capabilities and limitations by fully engaging with all their body senses to their extreme limits in the most efficient way that is possible thus becoming physically fit mentally sound spiritually balanced being able to express physical freedom which is a primary key and one being able to constantly consistently live up to the pleasure potential responsibility of femininity and masculinity. In other words if you listing to this music at your best it would be far more beneficial.
I have a lot of sleep issues, as I care for my elderly mother, who has Alzheimer’s issues. I came across this recording and played it all night. THE BEST SLEEP I’ve had in a long time!! 🙏🏾❤🙏🏾

God bless. I cared for my husband before he passed. I had trouble sleeping when I'd get a chance. He was restless the whole time. I look back and wondered how did I do it. I kept him home with me because I wanted to and felt he'd rather be home. I never regretted my choice. I believed I did the better thing. God bless you for taking care of her. Once I came across a story that said NA put fringe on their clothing to represent their ancestors. I thought about that and certainly believed they would do this because of their culture and belief. Truly for me it was like a piece of treasure when I viewed the info. It was deeply touching for me. May you find within you the strength to continue your journey Dear heart.

Since you like this and rainfall, you may like D&D Ambience Horseback Traveling. It's one of my favorites. Somehow the horses walking make my brain feel like it's getting a massage. And I fall into a super deep sleep really fast, and usually have amazing vivid dreams. Happy sleeping. 😴 (it's over two hours long and no commercial breaks in it, as of 4/16/22, anyway.)

Wooden flute/flute have soul healing & therapeutic powers.Absolutely beautiful♡ when I can't sleep because of my mind..this helps put my mind to sleep.I've listened to the flute since a child. Unfortunately, I endured severe neglect & abusive my whole childhood. I went to my first pow wow around 6 years old & heard the flute..It was the first time in my life that I had ever felt comfort♡ Now as an adult, this beautiful sound still comforts my soul. Sadly 85% of all babies young children and adults experience some type of abuse and neglect that is drug and alcohol related. Outside of music like this I have found the best long-term short-term permanent solution to be within high sources of nutrition because when the body has all the vitamins minerals protein so forth and so on it needs it functions at its best. Which includes being able to adjust adapt respond and recover to any and all situations internally externally in the most efficient way that is possible. And this is just the most common basic average normal step. One may take in improving upon or maintaining the quality of their life in a manner that results in constant consistent physical mental financial beneficial spiritual rewarding progress.

Thunder rolled and lightning may have struck a dry pine. A wild fire ensued but the rain continued to fall. A red helicopter flew over my cabin 9 times (round trip) from Big Bear Lake to the nearby fire and together they extinguished the fire.
