I Love to listen to this community while I make a kale salad for a bunch of meat eaters for our work Xmas party. I love meat 🥩 very much, but maybe not as much as watching people try kale salad 😂for the 1st time. Takes just as much chewing as meat. Kale is the meat of the plant realm 😂
@ I used 3 bushels of kale taking all the stems out(like back in the day) so there is only leaf. Literally message the kale with olive oil. Not gently but working it hard 😂 sliced thin bell peppers green red and orange yellow, red onion, sprinkled generously with feta cheese. Then I leave the dressing up to you. I like blue cheese, Italian, and Ceasar. But with it olive oiled already a little dressing goes a long way. I would suggest not refrigerating the olive oiled kale it tends to separate but i still eat it after leaving it room temp for a bit and toss
We can "only" be grateful for not-Paul. Again and again, not-Paul brings us back to non-dual reality. Duality is the unreal occupier of reality. The word "always", intentional in non-dual application, serves to negate opportunistic duality's occupation of a non-existent gap perceived to exist as "self occupying space", where there IS no "self" and no space in reality. Without the word "always," what is true is true, AND, sometimes what is false can be perceived to be true as well. Non-duality deletes what's not there in truth, consistently establishing, as not-Paul does, duality's unreality. What is real exists, and what is unreal does not. What is true is consistently true without exception, and what is false is consistent in its falsehood.

What all do you put in your kale salad? What do you use for dressing?
