I was doing pranayama for years, but after working with a close friend who's become an Oxygen Advantage coach and I realized that what I learned was right but I was doing it wrong. People need this. By the way pranayama is a part of Indian Martial Arts and health systems. Box breathing is a yogic technique. Seals are taught a lot of yogic techniques to keep them in control. Chinese martial arts has its own breathing systems. People think all this stuff is woo woo but here it is filtering down. I've been around all this stuff for decades and seen how much of it is constantly being integrated into the mainstream.
