Hello sir! While explaining the case law you said the company cld enter into contractual business according to its MOA...and financing construction of railway line is covered in it...then why did the court say that it is Ultra vires?
sir if director ki limit thi 5 lac tk borrow kr skta he usne 7 kiya if vo borrowing company k benefit me he to hi articl ko alter krege na ? N if company k benefit me nai he to director personally liable hoga right ???
