Setting Healthy Boundaries Is A Priority For All The Aspects Of Your Health! Great Job Communicating Joji. Huge Thanks To Vogue Knitting For Hearing And Accomodating Your Needs. We're All Human. Can't Wait To Hear How It Went! ❤
Yes, Joji, it is most definitely ‘good enough’ 😊 Oh how I love your Milton. I missed the discount but it doesn’t matter. I will have to find some yarn and get it made for out winter. Thanks again Joji🧡🧡
Ooo, I can't wait for that brioche cowl to come out! Also, I knit the Elton several years ago, but it's too small on me. I really should knit the Milton, and this one will fit! I love the long lean look of that cardigan!
Joji, Sharing your personal journey aa a professional woman is most helpful. Your explanation of self-care, re-energizing, setting limits so you can have fun and carry on refreshed is so important. I appreciate the heart you put into your journals as well, of course, your designing work. Thank you.
Joji, I watch each and every podcast with rapt attention, even tho i rarely comment, as I watch on my tv with no keypad.... You are an amazing person. thank you for showing knitters that we can also learn to love to move.. I probably have knit more of your designs than any other designer.... Eager to knit Milton, but also The Scope... I am a slow knitter and enjoy every minute... thanks for all that you share with all of us... hugs from the San Francisco Bay Area
I love the beautiful translucent stripes on Milton! And thank you so much for taking account of smaller sizes, which often seem to get left out, even of size-inclusive ranges. This means knitting your beautiful patterns is actually an option for me. And well done for setting your boundaries. Take care and have a lovely time in New York!
Joji, your Ropes and Twines jacket in the variegated yarn is the most exciting pattern I have seen in years! The possibilities with color combining since the cables can contrast in any way you choose are phenomenal! I've already cast on the pattern and am having so much fun using handdyed yarn from stash in different combinations to swatch for the best one! This would make an amazing vest pattern as well!!!!
Thank you for sharing your Thursday morning in NYC! Love the Milton pattern! So glad you have time to take care of yourself this trip and enjoy the city with your niece. I really enjoy your videos and journals! Ciao Bella!
Thank you so much for this video, Joji! This is my first pattern (Milton) I ever bought from your store and my first Joji design. Now that I have seen you wear it and how it’s constructed I am casting on!
Beautiful Milton, stunning. Joji I am making a wedding shawl for my daughter from your pattern "golden sand". Thank you for producing beautiful patterns
I love that you have spoken up about your work schedule when teaching, that way you get some time for you. I gave won a skein of Marla on knits and pieces podcast and it just arrived I plan to knit a cowl, so I will try to wait for your new pattern.
Good for you to define how you want to work and stay healthy at the same time 💪👏💪👏 Thank you for wonderful designs and sharing your process. Enjoy New York!
Your videos are so relaxing and it is such a good watch while knitting your True cardigan! The Milton cardigan is so beautiful with the airy stripes. I like how you talk about the photos you include in your projects, to show, how it will look with different clothing. Personally i wear skirts and dresses most of the time and sometimes it is hard to see, if the shape of a cardigan will fit to your everyday clothing.
Hello Joji, enjoyed knitting Elton and can't wait to purchase my yarn an cast on Milton. Thank you for beautiful pattern. Hopefully I will see you this weekend.
Thank you so much for posting! It’s so much fun to see your travels along the way. Can hardly wait to cast on Milton. I’ve been waiting for it to come out. You are such an amazing prolific designer. I can’t wait to see what’s next have a wonderful time in New York.
Thank you for taking the time to post your wips and Fo’s. The Milton is a beautiful cardigan. Hope you are enjoying your stay in NYC. Wish I was there. 💜💜
So happy to have a set-in sleeve cardigan pattern from you. Sadly I’m too lazy to knit bottom up and seam a cardigan. Many set-in sleeve cardigans are made in yarns too heavy to let me get much wear from them in the Florida heat. Thanks so much. Yarn shopping now.
I'm so excited about the hipster top! Awesome journal and I hope you have a great time in NYC! Oh....I love the manos del uruguay marla yarns and color!
Iit is such a pleasure to hang out with you. I am very proud of you for setting your boundaries. 😊 I learn something new each time I watch your journal. Have fun with your niece in NY❤
Hi Joji! I love your journals❤. The New Design is amazing. You are my hero of All the designers! Your pattern are well writtten, You have all the measurement in them. I love to knit your patterns ❤❤. Have a lot of fun in New York! Doris and Stella 😮
LOVE your Milton pattern - already bought and will be knitting it this summer :) Enjoy yourself in NY - yes, it’s important to set boundaries and make sure you have time to relax and recharge!! ❤
I love this design! I’ve had yarn destined for Elton for a long time & have not yet casted on so I’m going to make Milton instead. Have so much fun in New York!
Hi Joji, I hope you're having a good time at Vogue Knitting Live! In this Journal entry, you talk about shifting from English style knitting to Continental somewhat randomly which I found really fascinating because I do the same. English was how I first learned to knit, and I am left handed. My question to you is do you find that your gauge varies between the 2 styles, and/or do you have any tips for someone who knits both ways (a lot of times in the same garment or project) to get a consistent gauge between the 2? (I once had a knitting instructor suggest I *only* knit one way if gauge/fit is critical, but sometimes I like switching between the 2 because it uses different muscles/hand motions)

Always get excited when you drop a new pattern. ❤

Got it. I’m hoping this will adjust to my wider shoulders and although my arms are trim I want roomier sleeves since I wear long sleeved tees a lot.
