What makes it great is it is not only prevalent in only the bigger gurudwaras but in "all" gurudwaras in some scale or the other. 2. A strong inclination for contributing to the society. Don't believe me ? Just take a look at any crisis or calamities that has happened across the world. You will definitely find a group of Punjabis available to help the community in some way or the other 3. A strong inclination to work hard, very hard. No wonder most of them don't just survive but also thrive in any condition 4. Fellow feeling. Once you know them and are dear to them, they can go to any extent to truely honor your friendship with them
