It's been more than a week since I applied for the enrollment. It takes my card details and send me an email, but when I open the site, it still says complete enrollment
Contact them. I called them via the help center there and they unlocked it immediately. This often happens when the credit card that you‘ve paid with isn‘t connected with Apple Pay.

Passport, ID card?
For name I used scan of the passport, for address bank statement

@@introverted.manager I write a debit or credit card, but I get an error that the payment is not approved. I talked to the bank and they don't know anything about it.
