NRL 2024 - Nicho headache looms as Sharks dare to dream

The Cronulla Sharks are edging closer to an NRL 2024 top four finals berth as Nicho Hynes nears a return from injury, so what does his return mean for their halves and are they genuine NRL premiership contenders?

The Sharks run a different rig to almost all other teams... That difference is shown in the the commitment to always playing "hybrid' back rowers rather than 110 kg beefy grinders who get gassed faster . Fitzy goes with backrowers who have superb leg speed and lateral mobility in both attack and defense... Cam McInnes, Teig Wilton, Jack Williams, Britton Nikora all weigh 95 to 97 Kilos and can play at full speed for 80 without tapering/fading and needing off field recovery time... Note that the result is a bench rotation of all middles to kick the Sharks clear at the back of the first half and the early period of the second half... For example if the Sharks go with Toby Rudolph and Oregon Kafusi as starting middles the bench will be Sifa Talakiai, Hamlin Uele, Royce Hunt and Tom Hazelton. .Injuries hit in a game and Talaki and Wilton shift one space to left/ right center. Hooker injured and Mc Innes shifts.,... But what of the spine?.. Trindall is the master directing field position with tactical kicking and trapping opposition in corners ...Nicho takes over and pulls the opposition apart when the Sharks are 20 or so meters out...As for Atkinson,.. He is an absolute diamond in the rough... But can the Sharks keep him?

Why does everyone talk up the Roosters and not rate the Sharks
Sharks beat both Storm and Roosters, and the Roosters have not won any games agaisnt top 4 sides?
