Apart from everything else, i have been suffering from chronic depression for last 2 years. All this time, metal music has been the one thing that has kept me going. Through therapy sessions, medications ,everything i have endured the pain and the emptiness all along. I would like to thank LOG from the bottom of my heart for having literally saved me. Especially the song MEMENTO MORI. thank you so much LOG for giving me the strength to go through all the dark times. Hopefully i will get better soon 🙂

I love how the new drummer, who is amazing is able to maintain the LOG sound and feel with his own taste to it.. this is a great example of band consistency over the years... even with line up changes.. loving it

I'm a 55 yr. old metalhead Pantera nut. Where one band stops then another takes over. That's Lamb of God. Not a criticism at all I just wish the breakdowns were longer. Just jam for a full minute with no words. It's all about just slammin and not even being aware for a minute. Love Lamb of God

How some things change and others do not. I went from waking up with hangovers, pouring morning beer into a bowl of cereal for breakfast blasting Lamb of God at age 18 to waking up with coffee watching the sun rise on my porch blasting Lamb of God at age 40.

Honestly I had no idea Chris wasnt in the band currently. Cruz is one of the few drummers to replace a original member and keep the style and concept that the original drummer played. They dont try to adapt or remake parts. He plays the music as much as he thought Chris would and he really helps sell it. I think its great showing tribute to the prior drummer by keeping the bands sound, not the “this is my sound” so many replacements do in major bands. Theres parts where Chris might have been more unique but Cruz did the band a solid in writing for the music, not his skills or technique. LOG is one of the few bands who have a signature sound that a drummer can get into the mind of to write as. I wish other replacements in major bands wrote for the bands sound and not showcasing themselves. I know Cruz could have really gone overboard on some break downs but he kept Chris’s approach alive. Thats a good drummer.
