Love the markets footage. The footy shorts were a real bargain. I’d like to see a breakdown in your bulk deal. Sounds like it’s going to be your best ever purchase.
Now that is one great haul you've got delivered 😮 If only we were all so lucky, wow. I'd love to see a break down on items, comps etc to get a good idea of it all 👍
still look at thrifts and buy the occasional thing that they haven't comped themselves on eBay , but bulk deals , auctions are the go for making money . lol just checked my average sale price for the first time in soooooo long , Im at $39.20 so can't complain . Im like you Matt selling less making more . LUV YA WORK BRO
11:11 Check out the Matrix DeJa Vu.. Bruh.! That Rip Curl Cord cat was a perla' I would have grabbed that off ya.? Keep an eye out for me, I also love 5-panel and corduroy caps. Old-School Cheezy styln'
Hey mate! Great work,Enjoy waching for hunting tips..lol.. Just quickly, with the VHS? Would a universal remote work if you had one laying around to sell with ot?
@@TheAussieFlipper Fair enough if you want to keep that private but the metrics you're chasing are meaningless without that context. I.e - I can sell $100 bank notes for $99 - have an average sale price of $99 (supposedly a good average sale price) and a massive revenue (the only figure you track) and obviously make no profit. Telling people to concern themselves with average sale price and number of sales really is irrelevant as shown by the above example. Profit is the only number that actually matters. Selling dozens of $15 items a day that you have 80% net margins on, is a fantastic business and not one you should be trying to discourage in their businesses or your own.
@@davidledermann1614 oh i hear you. margin is the only thing that makes. I'd argue 80% on a $15 sale price isn't as good as 30% on a $100 sale price. So my advice is to play with bigger ticket items for more dollars in your pocket.
How much did that Sega dog list for in the end? I remember having one as well but I think it was only the knock off version, so it's interesting to see if that was a legitimate sega product as well.
I love how you keep everything streamlined and clean and work smart . Very organised processes you have there. Just wondering what your future plans are if I may ask - are they to expand and go big and get a warehouse, or keep working from home? Ps you and Courtney are very cute 💕 Oh, and good luck in your marathon - my son also runs marathons and ultras 🙌🏾🤩
Flea markets are so fun!! 🎉
You’ve convinced me to never wear a bucket hat… appreciate it, bro 😂
Hahahhaha
Excellent video and editing. Lots of thought went into this. Subtle stuff like at 0:22 passing the billboard of where you’re at. Love it.

Is no one else going to ask who the new lady friend is behind the camera? That wasn't Courtney
I've been out of the loop for a while - took a break from YT ebay - but even I know there's a special someone in Matt's life.

Solid ASP mate! Love your work!
Awesome video! Quick question, how do you handle tax reporting cost of goods when flipping flea market items that don’t come with receipts? Thanks!
I keep a cash journal of those expenses
I remember every time we walked past what's new i would press the button and watch the fish sing.
iconic!

What percentage of actual cleared profit are you operating on with that revenue.
Enough to pay the bills 🙂
