Home ownership requires at least a base level of DIY skill. My good friend sold her house and moved into a condo because she said her lack of DIY actually lowered the value of her home as she wasn't able to do any renovations or afford a contractor everytime something needed fixed. Even maintaining the lawn requires a level of athleticism. ALR would need to hire that out or rely on her spouse for all of that.

It’s really freakin’ weird if true, because supposedly, Emily is a psychiatric nurse. Many, if not most, states side with the mothers in custody court, so why would Emily not have custody? Did she sign over parental rights on her own accord years ago? Did she fight for custody and lose to dad? Did she willingly want dad to take primary custody but she gets visitation? There are so many options, but what really peaks my interest is why Emily (allegedly) doesn’t have custody. Did she do something that caused her to lose custody, or did she give her rights up?
