Clicking the empty spaces so you can save the wave 1 for the rest of the unit
Clicking the empty spaces makes u upgrade you future units

This is probably because u don’t have low detail mode on, people who have low detail mode on have this map brightness
What saima said you need to put it on low detail mode then double dungeon gets brighter
