Angel Romox If you weren't aware "The Device" was made back in 2012 when they were a larger group. 2 members eventually left and they went on a 3 year "hiatus" to reinvent their sound. TWRP has gone through a lot since then and it shows. That's why they put on this concert, to say farewell to their younger selves. Because in order for them to move forward, they needed to let go of the past.
Which is understandable. At the same time, though, it's kind of a bummer because Prelude/Computer Wife are straight jams, and the original version of No Pants Dance is a lot of fun. Now I have to go back and listen to The Device again, because it was a lot of fun. I love their new stuff, but the old stuff and the videos of them busking on the streets will always be cool to me.
@@pxmonkeederp They actually still play Prelude live. I just saw TWRP in Seattle this past Saturday, and they played in in the middle of the set. Sung had an INSANE lean-angle when he did his keytar solo. th-cam.com/video/dwzXsSJqU0g/w-d-xo.html It gives me hope that they might play Computer Wife again, someday.

Seeing them in concert this year was amazing, but I'm sad i'll never see Computer Wife live :(
