Love that you did these without wasting. Which makes so much sense. Did you say you used 3/8” plywood?

Awesome work. Unfortunately for me over here in the UK, by the time I've bought the tools to do the job, the wood and aluminium and accessories, It would cost me more than buying one ready made. Good job for those who already have the necessary tools.

thank you for sharing. I sometimes leave costumes at a place I gig at but found out they have a rat problem. I store my gear in my own loft but the hatch way is too tiny for a normal flight case, so now I can make a custom one that I can fit in my loft and the boot (trunk) of my car. Thank you so much!

What width and length dimensions did you use for this project? And what was the final height? Was it too heavy to carry or too tall?

Great video. Thanks Jesse! You are very talented. What thickness of plywood do you recommend? Thanks again

Thank you so much! I used 3/8" plywood. It's light and fairly strong.

Nice project but I noticed early in the video The horseshoe on your door is upside down. The open end should point up. The reason is that way it catches and holds good luck. If the opening is down your good luck runs out.
