No, being nice is never a bad thing. My grandpop used to tell us that ''we're nice because that's how God asks us to act, if people aren't nice back to you then that's on them." Don't change yourself for anybody else. You be you & don't let the haters get you down. I'm so glad you're feeling better& it was so nice to see you in a new video - yay!!
I entirely understand what you mean by being too kind - I have found that I have never regretted being too kind instead I’ve found that I may/may not establish healthy boundaries which is when people take advantage of the kindness. I recently read a quote that states “Be the best version of yourself, the one where no one would dare approach you with disrespect.” And it is very true - I’m still working on it but being kind is always the correct thing to do but learning to say no and making distance with those who take advantage of it is
Being too much of anything is not good sissy Pooh. Find your balance and do what your heart feels right. You are the one who knows what’s best for you and establish healthy boundaries!

I was a huge people Pleaser when I was younger. I'll tell you two things that helped me. Do not set yourself on Fire to keep others warm. I learned that when i was 29. Also, I'm not gonna stop being who I am because of who they are. I'm going to always be me.
I’ve been too nice my whole life and yes, it gets me hurt sometimes but you know what? I would still rather be me than try to be like the rude jerks that take advantage of the good hearts people like us have, I just try to be more discerning now. Glad you’re feeling better!
