I believe that all products are truly random as far as what their packs contain but these Zapdos boxes have always been terrible for me. I opened around 10 of them and the best card I pulled was the Alakazam SIR. That was kinda brutal, man. My luck has been like that for a while now. Dialing back the pack rips. I'm growing tired of turning hundreds of dollars into single digit returns. Hope your luck is better the next time you sit down to rip this set.
